Campus Involvement

Delta Zeta Sorority takes pride in its sisters for being involved and leaders on Gallaudet University campus. We instill leadership values in our sisters that they are able to apply in other organizations and even their jobs. We believe that it is important to expand outside of Greek community life and be involved with other organizations that sisters are passionate about. Additionally, the chapter as a whole heavily supports other organizations and events on campus.

The leadership skills learned through Delta Zeta Sorority and other organizations on Gallaudet campus, helps sisters prepare for real world situations. Being involved in various organizations allows sisters to broaden their horizons and gain different perspectives. These are all qualities that are essential to have as an adult and Delta Zeta sorority strives to instill them everyday.

Green Dot: Bystander Intervention Program

Gallaudet University Health and Wellness Programs seeks to teach students how to be effective bystanders so that we can prevent and reduce violence on campus. We're using a program called, "Green Dot." Let's replace those "red dots" of violence with green dots of intervention and community responsibility to make Gally a safer place for all students.

We encourage all of our members to participate in this program and each one of us can help our community in the future.
